
Salon Policies
Cancellation/No-Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment or arrive 20 minutes or more late, you will be considered a no-show and will be required to reschedule. The 50% fee will apply and must be paid before booking your next appointment. To avoid cancellation or no-show fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Product Return & Services Refund
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. However, if you are unsatisfied with a purchased product, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund, provided it is at least half-full. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with the result of a service, please let us know within 72 hours, and we will be happy to offer a corrective service free of charge.
Cell Phone
To maintain a relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly request that cell phones be set to silent or vibrate during your appointment. If you need to take a call, please do so in a way that is considerate of other guests.
Children
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 not be brought to the salon unless they are receiving services. Please note that we do not provide services for children under the age of 6. Our salon environment is not designed to accommodate young children, and we want to ensure a calm atmosphere for our clients. We appreciate your understanding!
